I have now been practicing massage for over 10 years and in this time I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in massage and treating people with chronic pain such as headaches/migraines, neck, lower and upper back pain, whiplash, shoulder and rotator cuff problems, hip, sciatic and leg pain only to name a few.

So, if you are suffering any type of pain or discomfort, why wait, you could have your problem corrected as quickly as in 1 visit depending upon the severity of your complaint. Your First Visit...
At the initial consultation, I will ask questions about your lifestyle, ie jobs, sport, age, complaint, medical history etc. This information combined with a full postural assessment examination, helps me to determine the relevant application of treatment that you require. When I do a postural assessment I look at the big picture itself, that is, what’s causing the pain rather than just treating the pain itself. Quite often I will use several different techniques to help clients with their individual problems. The way I massage has been described by many clients as not unsimilar to the way an Osteopath works.
